In the courtyard of the Cathedral De Notre Dame. By Charlemagne is either Roland (song of Roland) or Olivier (Roland's buddy), the other is on the other side of the statue and can't be seen. Roland was Charlemagne's son in law and a bit of a risk taker. They were 2 of his 12 knights.
