Fuji X100 / Tree in the mist / HDR
Not a particularly nice day but could be worse. Reorganizing some equipment and set aside the X100. Under the heading, shoot what you have, I went out for a walk and took a few photos in exposure bracket mode (+/- 1 stop of light) and shot some side by sides. I then auto merged to hdr pro in PS 5.1 (what I have), then photo merged the two side by sides and sharpened in up a bit in Topaz. Here's the result. I also monochromed it to see how it looked in B&W.

Carnival Fascination Imagination dining / Sony RX100 / Topaz treatment

A few random shots from dining on a recent cruise. Sony RX100 is an amazing camera based on its size vs. image quality. This is the original RX100, having been replaced by Sony with versions 2 and 3. I got this one cheap because it has random electrical problems and you have to pull the battery and reset it from time to time, which can be frustrating. I like it a lot.
